Waslny is a WhatsApp order-management service for Egyptian shops. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Account data: shop name, email, and the owner's WhatsApp number.
• Operational data you enter: orders, customers (names, phone numbers, addresses), products, delivery drivers, and profit figures.
• WhatsApp messages sent to the number linked to your account, so we can reply and log them as support tickets.
• Basic usage data (page views, events) to improve the service.

How we use data

• Running the service: showing your orders, customers, and profits in the dashboard.
• Replying to support messages via an automated assistant (Groq) and by email (Resend).
• Collecting your subscription payment via Paymob.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run the product (hosting, payments, email, the AI assistant) and only as needed to operate it.

Your customers' data

The customer data you enter belongs to you. We store and process it on your behalf so you can run your shop. You are responsible for handling your customers' data in a way that respects their privacy.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time at noreply@falakeg.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
