By using Waslny, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Waslny helps Egyptian shop owners manage WhatsApp orders, customers, delivery drivers, and profits from one dashboard. We keep improving the service and may add or change features.

Your account

• You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your password safe.
• You must be old enough and legally able to run a shop.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful under Egyptian law.

Subscription and payment

• Every new account gets a 30-day free trial, no card required.
• After the trial, the subscription is about $10/month, charged in Egyptian pounds via Paymob at the exchange rate applied at payment time.
• The subscription renews monthly. You can cancel any time; your account stays active until the end of the paid month.
• If payment fails, we may pause dashboard access until you renew.

Your data and your customers' data

The data you enter is yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You are responsible for using your customers' data lawfully.

The automated assistant

Support replies on the support page are generated by an automated assistant. It can occasionally be wrong; if you need more help, a person will follow up by email.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
