Try it free first

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with no card required. Use the trial to make sure Waslny fits your shop before you pay anything.

Refunds

• If you pay for a month and request a refund within 7 days of payment, we refund you in full, unless you have used the service heavily during that period.
• After 7 days, the monthly subscription is non-refundable, but you can cancel the next renewal.
• If you were charged by mistake or there was a payment error, contact us and we will fix it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your account stays active until the end of the month you paid for and will not renew after that.

How to request a refund

Email noreply@falakeg.com from your account email with the reason. We reply within 24 hours, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
